Training for the English Weightlifting Championships

Following a long day of Personal Training some fabulous clients in Guildford and Woking, I travelled to Sutton Weightlifting Club for 2 hours of intensive Olympic style Weigthlifting.  This year i will be competing in the English champs with a hope to qualify for the British.  Here are a few pictures of the session.  Back to Personal Training in Guildford Tomorrow.
