Just before a Personal Training session on a Monday, a group of dedicated ladies work their socks off in my Fairlands Boot Camp Guildford. Even in - 3 Degrees Centigrade Weather, the girls were skipping and running like Olympic Athletes. Here are a few photos from this epic yet Baltic Boot Camp. They certainly were not cold by the time they finished.
