Bio:
I have been working in the fitness industry for many years, I started in a health club as a gym and studio instructor teaching 6 classes a week ranging from spinning, water aerobics, circuits and legs bums and tums which kept me really busy. The members all enjoyed my classes so thought I would continue this and persue training people on a one to one level.
